Overview

R-Panel is typically used on projects where distance to span is greater than 4’ apart. R-panel is commonly used in ceiling liners where truss spacings are 6’ to 8’ o.c. or in Steel Frame roofing applications where roof purlins are spaced greater than 4’ o.c. R-Panel is designed for low sloped roofs or where long metal length roof span measurements are needed. The panel is manufactured with a 12” o.c. rib spacing and 1 ¼” tall rib height.

*Grade 80 Steel:

Grade 80 steel has a higher tensile strength that can withstand impact and provides durability. It is also lightweight, making it easier to handle and install. It also prevents excessive weight and load on structures. It is also energy efficient and can provide better thermal performance.

**Galvalume Substrate:

Galvalume substrate consists of a steel base that is coated with a mixture of aluminum, zinc, and silicon. This coating provides a high level of corrosion resistance, making it a popular choice for metal roofing and siding materials. The combination of aluminum’s sacrificial protection and zinc’s barrier protection enhances the substrate’s ability to resist rust and corrosion, even in harsh environmental conditions.
