Liberty Lumber and Metal Supply also provides 1” & 1 ½” Standing Seam profiles. These panels are manufactured with hidden fasteners, most commonly available in 26-gauge coil and give you a much more attractive roof panel design. Standing Seam panels are attractive, durable, long lasting and eliminate exposed fasteners. Residential Homes, Commercial Properties and Post Frame buildings make great opportunities to use this roofing panel design.

Standing seam panels can be crated at our facility and shipped. Job site manufacturing is also available.

*Grade 50 Steel:

Grade 50 steel coils offer a compelling balance of strength and cost-effectiveness, making them a versatile choice for a wide array of construction applications. With a yield strength of 50,000 pounds per square inch (psi), Grade 50 steel provides ample structural integrity for projects that require reliable performance without the need for extreme levels of strength. **Galvalume Substrate:

Galvalume substrate consists of a steel base that is coated with a mixture of aluminum, zinc, and silicon. This coating provides a high level of corrosion resistance, making it a popular choice for metal roofing and siding materials. The combination of aluminum’s sacrificial protection and zinc’s barrier protection enhances the substrate’s ability to resist rust and corrosion, even in harsh environmental conditions.
