Liberty Lumber and Metal Supply offers Board and Batten in a 10” coverage panel with a ¾” tall rib height.  The panel is manufactured with a hidden fastener system and is only available in 26 gauge Grade 50 coil.  Board and Batten metal panels are a popular choice for both rustic and modern architectural designs. These panels feature a distinctive look characterized by alternating wide, flat boards (the “boards”) and narrow vertical strips (the “battens”), creating a visually appealing and durable cladding option for a variety of building types. They come with a 40 year warranty and is coated with Sherwin Williams Weather XL paints.

*Grade 50 Steel:

**Galvalume Substrate:

Galvalume substrate consists of a steel base that is coated with a mixture of aluminum, zinc, and silicon. This coating provides a high level of corrosion resistance, making it a popular choice for metal roofing and siding materials. The combination of aluminum’s sacrificial protection and zinc’s barrier protection enhances the substrate’s ability to resist rust and corrosion, even in harsh environmental conditions.
